This weekend we are honored to host David Biddle DC who will be providing a series of 6 Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) entrainments.
What is NSA?
NSA is a type of body energy work that is unlike many of the therapies we have encountered. NSA is a technique originally created by Donny Epstein and is derived from chiropractic medicine. It consists of activating specific points in your spine and interacting with your energy field in a way that it will create two "waves of energy" throughout your spine. As these waves encounter blocks, emotional or physical, they will work through them so the body realigns itself naturally, releases muscle tension or emotional blocks and self-renews as a whole. NSA enhances body awareness and provides you with new wellness promoting strategies through breath and movement

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR STAY
The weekend will be focused on receiving and experimenting NSA, however it will be accompanied with a clean diet, sharing circles, coaching and nature walks to ensure you fully integrate the experience and leave the weekend feeling renewed.
We serve organic, natural, in season and vegan food, cooked at low temperature and raw in order to conserve most of the nutrients. We also insist on the importance of good hydration.
Our beautiful retreat place, Casa na Ferraria, is also fitted with a Clearlight infrared sauna with untreated wood. We recommend a session every day to enhance a thorough detoxification. The shower fitted alongside the sauna allows you to cool off and then return to the sauna. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi where you can dip into cold water between sessions.

*Cancellation policy:
In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the Retreat, there is a full refund. In the event of cancellation between 60 days and 30 days before the retreat, the balance is reimbursed but not the deposit. In the event of cancellation within 30 days before the retreat, no reimbursement will be made unless the client finds a replacement.
VAT @ 23% will be added to all invoices requested.
