Alexandra is nutritherapist and has a master’s degree in art history and archeology

Alexandra regenerates bodies, minds and souls. It’s through her cooking that she heals from the inside. Eating is a simple act, it is important to deconstruct all controlling approach. And just listen how the body react when he receives what he deserves. Natural ingredients, fresh, green, organic have the power to regenerate a body, in deep. Her project is to serve food from garden to table. Developing a permaculture vegetable was obvious. Around the different projects what was just as important was to create a community. Sharing, imagining, creating, thinking together support perpetual growth of each other and the environment.
